At Docmail, we offer free training to help you find your way around your account. The training is designed to help learn how to use the system to send your important communications and how the platform can help you achieve your communication goals.
The sessions are held online, at a time that's convenient for you and can be delivered on a one-to-one basis or for a whole team. The training we offer is unlimited, at no extra cost. We even offer a 'train the trainer' approach, so that you can have your very own Docmail expert in your team.
Outside of our working hours or if you would prefer to search yourself, we have a Docmail help centre that is there to help answer any questions you may have. In here there are over 100 articles designed to help you get the most out of your Docmail account by answering questions from queries on discounts, order errors and how to place a mailing.
