DOCMAIL: HOW DO I USE IT?
You now have the basic start point - an A4 letter with space for an address and an address list to send it to. Lets see how these are combined by Docmail to create a mail shot.
STEP 3: LOG IN TO DOCMAIL TO CREATE THE MAILING
If you have a Docmail account already, log into it or you can log in as a guest to try out the process.
Click the 'Create a Mailing' button and on the next screen, ensure that 'A4 Letter' is selected. The following screen shows you your mailing options, with the defaults selected. You have the physical mail options of "Standard delivery", the equivalent of Royal Mail Second Class post, and "First Class", which incurs a surcharge. There's also a digital delivery option for customers with a Dotpost account.
Click on 'Next' and upload your document.
Hit next again and your file uploads. Now we want to upload the address list ▶
