DOCMAIL: HOW DO I USE IT?
Docmail is easy to use... please follow this simple step-by-step guide. NB! Any prices shown are purely arbitrary as the screenshots have been taken from different jobs.
STEP 1: CREATE YOUR DOCUMENT
Docmail works with Microsoft® Word® or Adobe® PDF documents. In order to mail something, side one of your 'prime' document (eg: an A4 letter to customers) must have the correct space left blank for Docmail to insert an address. The address area is 70mm x 40mm and is 45mm from the top edge and 13mm in from the left edge, as shown in this diagram:
Remember also to leave space on the left for Docmail to auto-generate important mailsort barcodes, then the rest of the space is yours to create your letter!
